1 cup moong dal, 1/2 cup paneer, 1 tbsp ginger, 2 green chillies, 2 dry red chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, 1 cup water, and ghee for cooking

Rinse and soak moong dal for 20 minutes.

Blend it into a smooth paste along with salt, ginger, green chilli, cumin, red chillies, and water.

For stuffing, heat ghee in a pan, saute onion and green chilli.

Add crumbled paneer and season salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder.
