Jai & Meenakshi Govindarajan team up for a a romantic thriller

Jai and Meenakshi Govindarajan will play the leads of a romantic thriller directed by debutant Babu Vijay, who previously worked as a co-director with AR Murugadoss in films like Sarkar and Darbar. The shooting for the film kicked off with a puja yesterday.
Talking about the story, the director shares, “The film revolves around invasion of privacy, a serious societal issue that will ultimately affect every individual, especially with the rise of technology. How Jai’s character overcomes these issues and challenges forms the crux.” He adds that Jai, who has taken on action and romantic roles thus far, will play the character of a person who helps the society. “The interesting fact is that people remain unaware that he is the person making a difference,” he adds.
On Meenakshi’s role, he says, “She plays a pivotal character — of a strong, supportive woman, and the story progresses through her character.” Yogi Babu will be seen playing a crucial character that changes the story’s dimension, he adds.
The film will also feature KGF fame Garuda Ram, Sriman, Aditya Kathir, and Saravana Subbiah in prominent roles.
